As per our terms of service (please see below), an account needs to be canceled no less than 30 days before the renewal date in order to avoid a renewal charge. If you are eligible and would like to request a refund, please submit a support case with our Billing Team.
"If you do not cancel in accordance with these Terms, the subscription for the Service will automatically renew at the then-current price and for the same subscription period. We will charge your credit card on file with us on the first day of the renewal of the subscription period.
Except as specifically set forth in this section, all services are prepaid for the period selected (monthly, yearly or otherwise) and are non-refundable. This includes accounts that are renewed.
